This week has been a whole lot of running, hiking, chasing....both literally and figuratively. People often ask me how I manage to "make time" to work out. The truth is: managing to work out actually helps me manage my life. It's what grounds me, recenters me and allows me to be a better self so I can be a better mom, wife, business owner....and those many roles we play as women. We all need different things to help us move along, these are some of my favorites.
