RUNNING UP THAT HILL

This week has been a whole lot of running, hiking, chasing....both literally and figuratively. People often ask me how I manage to "make time" to work out. The truth is: managing to work out actually helps me manage my life. It's what grounds me, recenters me and allows me to be a better self so I can be a better mom, wife, business owner....and those many roles we play as women. We all need different things to help us move along, these are some of my favorites.

Running and hiking in Griffith Park while listening to an audio book on Neurosculpting is good for the soul. Why not exercise the mind, body & spirit at once?!
Homemade paleo granola with homemade cashew milk and the BEST salad I’ve had in a LONG time. This dressing is to die for!
Then there's these cuties. They're my favorite way to train for life's marathon.
